Vacation Property Network, LLC
Refuse to refund money after an e-mail and phone call within 3 days of purchase.indicated they received no notification. They lied

Miscellaneous

We received a phone call asking us if we were interested in renting our timeshare on 3/25/10. They indicated we would get $1500.00 a week for a one bedroom suite. We paid $689.00 for the service. Within 3 days, 3/28/10, we decided to back out of the decision. We had 7 days to do this as per their contract. Made a phone call and only could leave a message.in addition sent an e-mail indicating our change of mind.

We expected a refund of our $689.00. Approximately 3 months later we received a phone call from the sales person, Anthony Taylor. He lied and said he received no phone message or e-mail. We then talked to the owner Mario Otoya. He supported his sales person and promised that our timeshare would be rented. We have not received any return actions from then in the last two years.
