You'll never get what you paid fo

We contacted the ISH by phone. Were told we could get help within two weeks (this involved bringing our minor daughter back to the US). Had to pay all fees up front. After the payment it was almost impossible to get a hold of a live person. All provided lines either rang busy or the voice mail was full. Left numerous messages and nobody called back. Finally several weeks later the application arrived. It contained a large number of errors, although I spent 3.5 hours on the phone with Albert and spelled everything for him. When we finally got through and asked how to correct the errors we were told to fax the list of errors to them and they would send corrected forms over night. The process started Jan 9, today is Feb 25 and we still don't have corrected forms and our daughter is still in another country, missing school. The two individuals we spoke to were Albert and Esmeralda.
