Rip-off liars

I ordered a "pasta pot" set and paid with a credit card (by 800 number on the telephone). I received nothing for about 10 weeks, then a post card saying it was delayed for 30 more days and I could mail the card back to cancel the order, which I did.

Four days later I received the merchandise which was totally un-useable. It was damaged on the out side and the teflon coating on the inside was broken off. It appeared to have been dropped before packaging as the box did not appear to be damaged.
