This is nothing but a scam from the word go. Prospect equities and equity financial should be looked at by the states attorney for taxes unpaid, using earnest money to front load payroll, Lying to employees and agents, scaming, scheming home owners when there not gettiing anything even remotely close to realestate services. This so called realestate company is a joke and we need the states attorney to shut them down. They falsify credit reports, w/2, income and jack your rate at the table when your closing. Sold bad mortage products to un qualified buyers, this guy killian has 3-4 owner occupied mortages he's a liar and a scam artist. The agents who are there do nothing for the clients they work with and the company is so mismanaged its so much of a f'in scam why does anybody use them? The guy uses steroids and hasn't done anythiing close to a business tranaction ever in his life. If someone anyone has any sense they would run if they were to use anything from this so called mortage or realestate company. Illegal equity stripping home homeowners, no ethics, no service, scam, no marketing or advertising, no nothing. Lisa Madigan please shut this place down. If you are agent there run away far away except the one who like scams and using there realestate license as a shield for Mr Killian and one day soon I hope will lose your license. The loan office there hasn't done anything ever to help anyone but scam and lie and falsify anything they can Thank God there no more stated loans for this company who preyed on people in the name of money.
