Criminal Intentions - Stealing and Lying

Since my last report on 2/10/09 I have tried to talk to people at A only to be hung up on by their receptionist Crystal and this was after she had me on hold when I asked for th Refund Dept. Which I believe doesn't exist. I have done research on this company and it appears that they are incorporated which means the individuals that make up the company is not protected from lawsuits. I'm still doing research -

I do plan on moving forward with trying to recoup my $1700 - after consulting with people in the legal field and I'm also a paralegal - If individuals out there that have experience similar treatment from A I will like to hear from you - I'm looking to start a classaction suit against A Advisors, that will be filed with the Federal Government. Where attitude may be that they're untouchable - I don't think so, there is a way to reach and touch and put them on notice/out of business. From local government agencies to State Department and Federal Government. I think there should be a law put into place to safe guard people from being victims of this type scam. I intend to push it forward no matter how long takes - A Advisors, Inc. Is now my quest to seek justice for all.: o)
