False Information

I received a phone call saying that i was being sued in Tempe, arizona even though i wasnt currently living there. This man said he was a lawyer for clout fincial and that i was being sued for 3,000 for an outstanding balance and if it goes to court that it'll be 7,000 and that my credit would be messed up and that Id never be able to get a house in the future because it would be that messed up and they asked for my account information because the "client" settled at 2,200 and i needed to pay it in 2 1/2 weeks. And they said they'd send me an email showing all the information. However, I never received an email at all. The weird thing was "the lawyer" gave me a 1-888 number as his contact number which doesnt make sense if he was lagit.
