No refund

I bought a solution in March and needed to stop my trip on May 29. (# AP270301WVG6K68K) I had been informed with a consultant from inexpensive solution that I'd be getting a refund for my postponed trip in "one to two billing cycles (30-60 times)."It's now been 9 weeks, and that I haven't gotten any reimbursement. I've approached Inexpensive seats roughly 15-20 times and also have been provided the run around all of this period. I then found out today from Taca airlines that no reimbursement continues to be required. Additionally, I had been informed by Taca airlines that Cheap Seats was the occasion who had been accountable for refunding me the admission cost. I had been informed be many customer support brokers for Cheap Seats the flight was accountable for refunding me which there boss (Cheap Seats) were dealing with my bill. Each time I'd contact Cheap Seats I had been put on store for all moments or more to at least one to 2 hours on-hold at the same time while Inexpensive Seats employees allegedly approached Taca airlines to discover the "STANDING" of the reimbursement. I had been subsequently positioned on store again as the representative speak with her supervisior (Cheap Seats) then I had been consequently disconnected and needed to call-back again. I don't think it was a collision.in my opinion I've been provided the run-around for that previous 9 weeks. I've talked to Cheap Seats consultant and administrators which a number of their titles are Apple, Allen, Paul Marcello, Oliver and Anna. I'm currently despaired of actually getting fulfillment and getting my reimbursement greater than $500.00 when I was informed by Cheap Tickets Representative.
