Fraud and cheating!

I arranged two seats with friend nicely prior to my visit to Manila. Three months before my trip I had been approached and informed that they're no further likely to be working out-of my area. I had been informed that I ought to obtain my reimbursement in per month. It was really annoying when I needed to guide two more seats with another flight with short-notice as well as less resources. I'm not really a rich-person. Spending money on an overall total of four seats due to another personis bad planning is extremely annoying. Additionally, my reimbursement was acknowledged to my consideration three (3!) months later
