Bug Champion Pest Control
Refuses to repay loan

I loaned the representatives of bug champion pest control $5000.00 which was to be repaid to me within six months with a return of $2500.00. As soon as the six months was up I was told I'd have to accept payments or nothing (not the deal)!!! It has been a year now and im still owed $4300.00 and havnt received a payment in about four or five months. I was just about to file a lawsuit (I have a signed and notorized agreement) when i came across this web-sight.

As you know, litigation is expensive, time consuming, and i would feel little satisfaction from receiving payments from these people when the agreement was for my money all at once in six months. If you could help me without going to small claims i will be astonished. I did'nt like hearing "go ahead and sue"!!
