Food poisoning twice and continuous stomach pains

I wouldn't be posting this if I didn't think it was of use to someone... About six months ago I ate at a Mcdonald's in Las Vegas, got food poisoning for the first time and it was the worst thing ever. I had figured that I was bound to get food poisoning at least once in my lifetime. Then last Saturday 2/14/09 I ate at Macdonald's for the first time since that incident and low and behold I got food poisoning again and even worst it's been almost a week (today is 2/20/09) and I have had non stop stomach pains, seriously I pledge to never eat there again all I had both times were Number 1 combos. Well just be careful there
