I contracted this company to do a move form MA to CO for a price about $3000. It ended up costing me over $8,000 and despite a BBB report

I contracted with this company in June to move an estate from MA to CO. The estimate was about $3000. The actual cost ended up being over $8000 which I paid because it was antiques and my mothers' things. I did not argue with them as it was on the truck and didn't want anything to happen to it. It took more time to get it there but was finally delivered. One piece was missing but the sticky tag was not recorded as it was hot and fell off.

I did report to the BBB for a few things but it was my word against them. Only once did I give them autorization to debit $300. The balance was paid in check and cash.

Much to my horror, last week on the 10th and 12th of FEb 09 I had a total of $5300 taken from my debit account. I am working with the bank but that leaves me $4300 overdrawn at this point. All my calls to them go unanswered and emails ignored.

This is criminal to say the least. I fed these guys, gave them the "expected tip", another $600. They were so very anxious to get your business but never followed up with the promise of "I will send you bubble wrap etc."

They wrapped about 10 items for me and they charged $900 for the tape and bit of cardboard.

This company looks good on the outside but is so rotten in the core! Thank you.
