I requested a Sony DCRDVD200 Camcorder on Mar. 18, and obtained a verification via email following day, on Mar. 19. I had been pleased with that reaction, but named them anyhow exactly the same evening for cofirmation of this purchase and anticipated delivery period. I waited ~20 moments before I got a consultant about the telephone, but I am used-to that from additional web retailers, and comparable circumstances (however bad).
I had been informed the item is likely to be delivered within two times. I expected for shipement monitoring #, but which was unavailable at that time.
Meanwhile I asked five times via email concerning the drinking standing and following #, with no reaction.
That Is low end customer support, and that I won't purchase something again from that provider.
