Sent me incorrectly sized item and not answering my email

I ordered an item of clothing and my credit card was debited. The incorrect size was posted to me by USPS. I emailed them to advise them and did not receive a reply - I would expect a speedy reply from experience with other companies.

Then I searched on the internet to find a phone to call them and see that there has been complaints about this company. I have notified my credit card company.

Maybe I will get a reply but I am very doubtful given the complaints I have read on this website & another website - customers either receive the wrong item, return them and get nothing back OR just don't receive anything after payment.
