I requested timber floor from Fast Surfaces. As the salesman was very useful, the client support ceased there. While my floor company began to place the ground he noriced that every container was an different mixture of panels which were cupped and also the random measures were significantly more than arbitrary. There are usually 4 differant arbitrary dimensions. With this specific cargo there have been a lot of differant lenghts, you could not really replicate exactly the same duration with most of the dimensions. We mounted the floor in another of the areas and my contracter declined to set up it within the additional areas trigger the substance was therefore cupped and he explained it had been like they packed almost all their retrn or moments and delivered them in my experience. I submitted a state with Quick Surfaces to displace the 8 containers of poor timber that I ahve left. After 2 weeks they stated the manufaxture refused the state saying it's inside their regular specification. Just how can clearly cupped panels be inside the manufactures specifications. Give me a rest. I truly doubt they actually delivered the panel examples towards the produce. Subsequently to top everything down, I submitted my refund form, bill and shipping bill. On Sept. 6th. It'd to become postmarked by Sept. 30th. On Dec. 1 I'd not recd. Any term from Fast Surfaces regarding my refund. Then when I asked they claimed they recd. The refund form although not the shipping delivery or bill. This can be a total rest. Everything was shipped together. If it had been divided, it had been on the finish. I subsequently sent a backup of the types they calimed to become absent and was informed it had been too late, that it'd to become postmarked by Sept. 30th. Which it initially was. Main point here is the fact that at this time I've recd. Only the runaround. Faulty substance they don't remain behind with no refund as guaranteed. I ahve sent repeatedly to consult with a boss and can't get ahold of anybody.in my opinion the corporation to be always a total faud. Beware!
