Scam Telemarketers pretending to be a law office providing loan modification services

I got a telemarketing call a few minutes ago from a guy who called himself "Willian" from "21st Century Legal Services" offering to provide a fabulous new loan modification package that his company just got "authorized" by a some wiz-bang new bailout bill from Congress.

I asked him to identify himself, the address of his company and whether they are licensed to broker loan mods in Washington state (where he called me). He insisted that he didn't need to be licensed because his company provides "legal services". I asked for the name and State Bar number of his managing attorney, and the schmuck hung up the phone.

The thing that makes this funny is that I work for an attorney managing his client matters involving loan modifications and predatory lending cases. If we get another call from 21st Century, they may find themselves defending a fraud suit in federal court in Seattle (assuming they don't just scatter like cockroaches).
