Scam with santa barbara bank tubotax is a ripoff, wish i had known sooner i lost 1800.00 because of them

Please do not let these people do your taxes, they charged 94.85 out of my refund, and i put in same information at tax act and could have got 1800.00 more back. I am so mad about these idiots, i will definatly contact the irs and have them checked out. Just wish i would have looked here first. And when you call you can't even understand what they say. I am determined to be their worse nightmare, im tired of being scamed by banks and other idiots with this economy. Time for us to all stand up for our rights
