Unprofessional is just a major exaggeration for this "messenger" company. We requested to get a cost estimate for pick up of items. They stated that they cannot provide us a till they "consider" the things. The following telephone call we obtained was the messenger stating our products were currently packed in his vehicle and we owe him $55. He acquired our products without authorization and needed cash. We questioned him to place back the things, once we didn't wish to make use of a business that works in this way.

To the surprise, the messenger shouts and shouts within the telephone and weighs up. Then he turned up within the street of our office making 10 mins later. Because he had been below with this items, we requested him to create it in to the workplace. He actually put our GEM perfume containers within the street, screamed, and went down. Then we obtain another shouting and crazy telephone call, shouting obscenities having a foreign accent.

I'm still in surprise this organization is running a business.
