Bait and Switch Scheme

I was driving around the downtown section of homes in Gulfport MS, and noticed 2 signs on 20th Avenue, both saying the same thing: 0 down, $600 monthly rent, and the phone number 467-8166. These 2 signs were posted on 2 different properties, 1 a duplex, the other an apt complex.

I called the number posted, and was informed by "Cory" that the signs were there only to get attention, but that there really is a deposit and the rent was higher.

Also when I checked on the phone number, turns out the phone number is actually for a lady named Judith Blaize, and not listed under the name of Douglas Reality.

I have filed with the State, I am not happy.
