Ripped off my bank account for $190 & know I cant find them! Miami

I was contacted by Capital First by phone after sighning up for info on secure credit cards. They seemed to be ligitimate and I gave them my checking account number.

Two withdrawls were made electronicallyfor190$. A few days later I received a packet that looked really good. I kept waiting for a card to arrive so I could use it. It never came. I put off researching it because of the packet I was not worried about it and I was going to use the account at a later time.

I waited till I was discharged form a bankruptcy. I know wanted tyo start useing my account and started to try to get in touch with them. I tried thier toll number and it was always busy. I thought ok there must be something wrong with there line. This went on for days. I then decided to contact them online. I did a search for capital first and that is when I discovered I have been ripped off!!!

I know am out 190.00 and have no card to use for my Internet Business!!! Boy do I feel like a fool!!! I am pissed off!!!
