Bad service

Dungeons And Dragons Security Items fooled me out-of lots of cash. I had been delivered a faulty (and expensive) burglar alarm so when I delivered them I acquired no reimbursement and was billed extra return email charge (that we had previously settled myself). I named and was informed the product wasn't obtained. When questioned why then I had been 'incorrectly' charged return shipping I had been stop. Later was informed them wasn't faulty and really should not have already been delivered... Press. (They strangely had no report of my bill)

I actually donot understand why strange company mentality and am really cautious of actually purchasing something online.
