They've lied and also have not obtained any obligation due to their poor company. "the customer is definitely incorrect"

I'd A DREADFUL experience with Stanley Steemer. Before I shifted directly into my new home I had been buying excellent rug solution organization and absolutely selected the incorrect one.

I settled 451.75 bucks to get a really poor support and incomplete work. They took my income.

The fist team arrived directly into clear my rug in 5 vacant rooms, stairway and walking cabinets. Before they begin they guaranteed to wash and sanitize twice, since I've a child. These were below for under 45 minutes. They quit making my rug really moist and pungent and also the stairway was definitely dry.

Once they left, I named S.S. Confirming the short time of period these were operating. They explained the equipment was employed by a lot more than one hour.

After three times the rug got dried and we shifted towards the home, after I machine the rug with my Range Vacuum (it's water filter), the water was horrible, exhibits a lot of dirt and hair.

I believe they didn’t utilize any item and did not address the spots.

Another team arrived and tried to judge and clear my rug again. I demonstrate to them with my machine the dust the rug has, however for them the job were completed, they agreed to re-do some areas, but round the furniture. I expected them to return me the cash for that areas they do not wish to clear, and he got furious and disrespectful, and explained "THE JOB IT IS COMPLETED, I WILL DONT REFOUND THE CASH"!!! I told him "the job never was done once the rug continues to be filthy".

Following The last visit I documented again to S.S., the assistant explained the supervisor will-call me back. I am still waiting.
