Basically, for 221.95 I was promised a package of benefits plus an unsecured MasterCard with a 2500.00 limit. After over four months of trying to get this stupid benefits package out of them that they said would get to me in 15-21 buisness days, they finally faxed me the signature request form to get my MasterCard.

When I recieved the fax I read and discovered that in fact it was not the signature request for an unsecured mastercard but a stored value Payroll MasterCard. An employer has to deposit funds in order for the card to be any good. So it is in fact a secured credit card.

They flat out lied to me to get the 221.95 out of my account. They took it and I've been getting the run-around ever since.
