T W Jackson not the caring person he makes out to be Russellville

I downloaded his book after reading many blogs on sites and really thought that he could help. I felt the book didn't contain anything insightful and wouldn't help me, so considering he offered a money back guarantee if you weren't entirely happy, i emailed him asking for one with a lengthy reason as to why i wanted my money back. This was a curtesy on my part as his guarantee doesn't ask for it.
I have sent 5 emails now asking for the refund and also a response to my email. I have written and posted a letter and i have also tried to call him (at expense to me as it was an international call) it was after the phone call that i decided to write this report. The number is not real.

T W Jackson gives the impression from his blurb and his videos that he really does care, yet it would appear that he is only interested in getting money from people who are hurt and bewildered and are looking for a way to stop their loved one from moving on. I think this is shameful.

Even if he isn't... Why hasn't he answered my emails or given me the refund that he guarantees?
