Back Office Of Credential sh Threatened, sheriffs, solicit

Mr. Charles Green - with heavy indian accent - phoned me today to tell me that I solicited funds from??? Could not understand what he said. I asked him to give me the name of the company that I supposedly owe and an account number or reference number. He says I owe them $830.54 but that he would take half with my credit card today. Or I could pay $5000 plus in fees and the sheriff would be here monday. He told me he would chase my sister and step mom as well. I told him I needed a reference number and a company name before he would get information from me. He gave me a fax number so I faxed a note saying that I was unwilling to give my payment information for what I did not know that I was paying. I also wrote that I did not appreciate being threatened by whoever the company was and I said if you can legitimately prove I owe you money I'll be happy to send payment.

I don't expect to hear from this company as I have read all the other reports and wish that something could be done about them being so rude.
