Bad service

I requested the MMX Common adapter (CM175-UNIV) from their store and didn't obtain it for a lot more than fourteen days. After I approached them seeking a reason for that wait, none was provided. The email reactions contains one-line that dismissed the majority of my concerns. Our numerous demands to get a cargo tracking range were overlooked aswell. Our bill mentioned that my purchase was to become delivered via UPS Surface but I obtained it via USPS Priority Mail, that will be just designed to get 2-3 times. Additionally, they charged $12.42 for delivery

When I received the adapter, the construction and installation went nicely in agreement using the supplied directions. It worked great for 2 times. Today I can't start my equipment. I'd prefer to deliver an email to Idea Mfg. Requesting help but their site no further seems to be working.

To sum up, my encounter with Idea Production was an enormous frustration.
