Mesa And Tempe AZ Day care extorts single moms

I paid Kinderland over $3000 in child care for my child in 2008. I disenrolled her in October. They now refuse to provide me with their federal tax ID# for my income taxes until I pay them $420.

I have made several attempts to obtain the number and have spoken with several people there including both owner letting them know that this is a federal offense and they still refuse to provide that information. They are keeping me from filing my taxes correctly and getting my income tax refund.

I'm a single mom and I get no child support or government assistance. I'm just trying to get by like everyone else and Kinderland sees an opportunity to extort money out of me by witholding tax information.
