Solomon's Mortuary
Did not provide Death Certificates that I paid for

1. On November 17, I was charged $1,336.95 by Solomon's Mortuary that is located in Los Angeles, California for the Cremation of my father and for three (3) Death Certificates.

2. I was told by one of the counselors that goes by the first name of Joseph that he would guarantee me that my father's cremation would take in a couple of day, which would be prior to my departure from Los Angeles. That did not happen. I was told later by the Mortuary Counselor that the cremation took place one and a half month after the date my credit card was charged.

3. Additional, I had requested from Solomon's Mortuary three (3) Death Certificates, which was a part of the $1,336.95 charged to my credit card account, which I never received. The total cost for the Death Certificate was $36.00.

4. I have called to Solomon's Mortuary on numerous of occasions and spoke with different representatives, requesting the status of the Death Certificates that I paid for. I was told different stories by different representatives. One of the representatives told me that the certificates were mailed on January 9 and that they came back two week later as undeliverable and he sent them out again. One of the other representatives told me that the certificates were never mailed out, because the formant name on the certificates was incorrect and they would have to do an administrative adjustment.

5. It's been over two (2) months and I still do have the Death Certificates. I am now beginning to wonder if the cremation ever took place.
