I purchased a disfunctional Epox motherboard from Acid Micro. It did not start, there is no show, the Disc holder might secure, etc. I did obtain an RMA from Epox but following the "fix" the motherboard demonstrated no indication of enhancement whatsoever. I believe they simply renamed it and delivered it back. I needed to access least some cash back from either Acid Micro or Epox but

All my emails and telephone calls were overlooked. To become reasonable John, a person consultant from Acid Micro, did assist with obtaining the RMA, because, because it truned out, Epox site was left unmonitored and so ineffective. Nevertheless, following the motherboard was delivered, he also ceased answering my emails. This is the way much Acid Micro cares about client satisfaction.
