"John Cook" Scam paid money for services, and no response, when number called it says box full

I paid for a service that was supposed to grant or give me access to business lines of credit, as well as for possible business incorporation, and grant access to vendor credit cards such as home depot, lowes, home lines of credit for my Home Construction Business. I have called and waited weeks for a response and can never seem to reach anyone, as the various numbers listed all say voicemail full and there is no way to leave a message... I am out of $299.00 as i paid for the entry level credit program that was supposed to guarantee lines of credit of $50,000 of vendor and business trade lines of credit.
