We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company and feel it is our duty to let every potential owner and renter know of their poor management skills.

After 2 wks of living in the home the sewer backed up and flooded the basement. We called the "after hours" number and got a person that told us to call a plumber. We did so, and plumber discovered a full septic tank! We had to wait 2 full days before the tank was pumped, the office staff had no idea what had happened over the weekend. The boxes that were not unpacked and were in the basement were ruined, but we were told that was our problem.

During a very snowy winter the flue for the only source of heat became plugged and at 2am on a friday night we were told we would have to wait until Monday before anybody could look at it.

Upon move in the cupboards in the kitchen had old food, and crumbs in the drawers, 3 of the 4 burners on the propane stove did not work, we called the stove in after several days we took it upon ourselves to fix them.

After our 1 yr lease was up we moved, and spent a full day cleaning the house top to bottom. We took pictures of the way the house looked. Then 3 wks later we got an $800 bill on top of the $750 deposit that was held. They claimed 8hrs of cleaning, and several other items that were just complete lies! The manager "bob" was rude, and refused to respond to our claims and tried to threaten us!

Run far, run fast from this company!!! They will steal your money!
