The time line on this places Gene Sartin who is the listed principal of Succel, in a position of being Sales Manager of GW Equity, while at the same time actively running Succel. If they seem too smooth, if it sounds too good to be true, and they want you to write a check on the spot - be extra, extra did I say extra careful.
