Job scam - asks for personal info before you can view jo

Received the following 2 emails from Impeccable Careers. Website linked to requests personal information and authorization to receive text messages to a cell phone number. Once 'registered' with the site, no link exists to the job offer mentioned in the email.
The site does appear to have searchable legitimate nationwide job listings.

I was suspicious because of the lack of details (especially even a general job location).
