Scott Karman and his company Personal Attention was contracted to deliver brochures to help promote our Walk to benefit diabetes research. Brochures were delivered to his warehouse, and after several weeks we were not able to find out if they had been placed around town.

Finally we contracted another company to go to Personal Attention's "warehouse" which was really someone's house. All brochures were still there except for a couple boxes.

We paid Personal Attention 50% before delivery started, and they refused to reimburse us for that amount. Their delivery driver said he would not deliver because Personal Attention refused to pay him for the work.

Personal Attention promised to deliver, took our money, and did nothing. Along with the loss of money they refused to repay us, our brochures were delivered to Walkers LATE and we lost significant fundraising revenue because of it.

If you are a nonprofit, do NOT work with this company. They are unethical and will take your money and give nothing in return.
