Divorceonline. Comsame Day Divorce.com stole my money! Refused to return it even thou they did nothing. Lied when they said i would get it back

I tried to use the so called "awarded" company called "same day divorce". When I went to the site I read what they did sounded great so I decided to go ahead, put in my credit card info & started filling out the application.

I got to a section of the application where I could not provide information, it was unknown. So I figured I would try again @ a later time when I could get more information. Well a few months go by & I realize they have charged my credit card $200.00.

Well I started calling e-mailing ect. To get them to return my money the girl on the other end of the phone assured my my money was to be refunded because even she could see that they had done nothing but had taken my money. Well she told me not to deny the charges with my card company because that would invalidate my return & or delay the return process ect... So I waited got nothing. I contacted them 100's of times only to be lied to, ignored, or simply hung up on.

Well I got in touch with my card B of A. Who told me the time had run out & they could not help me. So I was screwed out of 200 bucks. The company is internet based, so trying to find them or report them is more than difficult. They don't return calls & enjoy ripping good people off. I tried for several months to get the money back, & still got nothing total scam!!!
