Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee will rip you off. Big time!!! And this is how, I had applied for insurance from the company based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It was for Private individual insurance to cover my health care. I send the 161.00 that was required
This was to be my first month's premium. I went through the application process. It went to the underwriter. I waited and waited. So I called to find out the status. I was told I was Denied. Because of something trivial. Ok. They said they will refund my money.

So I waited and waited. I called several times. No one ever called me back. It has been 3 months and still no money and no return call. Listen everyone!!! That is theft plain and simple. They are making a killing just turning people down and keeping your premium. Im not rich and 161.00 means a lot to me. That's crooked!!! They have done nothing for me and kept my money. If they do this several times a day. Why they are making crap load of money just turning people down and keeping their money. I will take this off the web if you return my money owed to me. But until them it will stay and I will update with more information at a later time if this is not resolved!!!

I am also turning this over to the BBB. And every where I can. You may keep my money but you will pay for it in lost revenue. I promise you that. And listen Little Miss Prissy Sales Girl. You name will go up next update if I don't get my money back. Remember.insurance Companies will rob you. They should take your application, Process it. Approve or deny you before you send them anything. And if your approved, Then bill you for the monthly premium and then process and mail your insurance cards. That's how it should be.
