Palisades collection is trying to collect on bill I already paid for

I paid a bill on nov 08 to pallisades collection on old cell phone bill for Alltel. Now they had the law office of mitchell n kay to collect on debt already paid. They were rude nor intersted in helping resolve this matter. They just wanted more money... Im so frustrated..
