Shops, Products, Services

I will absolutely not recommend doing business with this agency. My father hired them to provide minimal assistance with his bath, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. After a few weeks, he got a call from their office. They explained to him that because of the medication he is taking, they would have to elevate the level of service from a CNA to an LPN or RN... Who is qualified to monitor and give medications. With my father's trustee paying the bills, he did not notice the increase in the rates. When I visited him for Thanksgiving. I looked at his meds. The majority of it was over the counter. He takes it himself, or could be given to him by anyone. I also looked at his monthly statements from Celestial Care. I found their fees almost double by replacing his caregiver with an LPN or RN... Which he did not need. That is when I realized my father had been taken advantage of and was a victim of deceptive opportunists. Greedy people. I discontinued their service and I put my father in an assisted living home, where he is well taken care of.
