Unfair firing of mino

My son has worker for academy sports for 7 months. He never recieved the raise even though he was promissed after 3 months of employment he would be recieving one. He worked any time he was called in and only called in a couple of times for health reasons. I was in the store with his cousin and she asked if she could use his discount he said ok but he could not ring her out so she went to a lady at the register next to him. She bought a pair of adidas sandels saving $2.00. My son was then called into the back room and told he was lucky no one called the police since allowing family to use his discount was stealing. I then called the manager on duty D*d who told me employee discount were for husbands and wives and children, so I guess if you are a teen the discount they tell you about is a lie. They are also refusing to give my son his pay check with in the required sc law of 48 hours. I know I will never shop there again and I will make sure to let everyone know how unfairly they treat the kids who really do the work.
