I felt humiliated for asking for a discount on a size 10 children's boot in SPORTS DIRECT Mile End E1 by the manager due to one of the boots being taken off the shelf and ripped stitching as well as stitching coming off of the velcro.
Manager was extremely rude and aggressive - i tried to get his name the nec=xt day so i can put a complaint in, he answered the call and refused to give managers name.
I sent an email on 30.07.2012 to SPORTS DIRECT complaints dept - i don't think they've got one cos i haven't even got an email back saying they'll look into it or that they've received the email.
I'm now buycotting them and advising all my relatives nad friends NOT to spend their hard earnt money in there and shop elsewhere.
