Very Limited Payout with Many Loopholes

This company is a fraud and a rip off. I have been insured for 12 years and in that time there was always a reason why they would not pay. Here are some of my favorites.

They paid for the x ray but would not pay for the radiologist to read them

They paid for the anesthesia but would not pay for the pre-surgical blood tests

They paid for my dogs arthritis related expenses for one plan year but in the next plan year they would not because they called it pre-existing!

I had to fight with them and have my vet get involved about 50% of the time.

Premiums are way out of line

They raised the premiums every year because the pet got a year olde
