Mr. Emil Vicale / Leader of HeroBuilders.com A Department fo Vicale Corporation got my cash but never delivered me the toys I requested and taken care of. They don't reply their telephone and certainly will just react to emails with concerns, after I reply the questions they never return to inform me why they've not delivered my purchase. I've been attempting to possibly get my toys or my 60.06 bucks back. It has been happening since September 12th. I settled using PayPal and submitted a problem together. I've also submitted a using the Federal Trade Commission with IC3 for internet scam.
