After a one time order, i cancelled my subscription, and even did so over the phone. Only to find out one month later they took 49.50 out of my bank account. When i called their customer service they refused to refund the money claiming i did not cancell the order. The rep on the phone even got rude with me and said it was my fault. These people are crooks
