Bad service

AVOID this wretched organization.

I requested a Rawlings Silverback 1B mitt. The thing is that I requested it in the site anythingxtreme.com. Avoid it.

Put my purchase on Saturday, Jan19. Was sent on Monday, Jan21 with a man called Jason Redmon telling me that my glove and Tans large rings were on backorder. He explained to mail easily hadn't obtained my delivery verification inside a week. I sent him one fast mail requesting of a schedule, and he explained that it willnot be anymore than 1-2 months. Have not seen from him since.

I waited per week and sent on Monday, Jan28. Waited two more times and sent him again (Wed, Jan30) after no reaction from Mr. Redmon. Waited two more times and sent the helpdesk on the site on Friday, Feb1. No reply. And so I named Mr. Redmonis extension today (Mon, Feb4) and quit a note, including my cell phone number... Again, no reaction. Not just that, I attempted for connecting having an owner... No chance. The payment division voice-mail was "complete" and may take-no more telephone calls. The paintball man evidently was not at work both. UGH!

I am very frustrated. If this can be a skilled organization, then why have three emails along with a telephone call gone unreturned? Considering I put my purchase 16 nights before, I actually donot experience a little uncommon by this. When they cannot benefit me like a client, then I'd like a reimbursement, that we required about fifteen minutes before after again obtaining no body about the telephone.

Our greatest concern is the fact that I simply got scammed with a deceptive online organization. Positive seemed legit, but I suppose this is the stage.
