I can't not believe this happened to us again. Second time. He got our info from a lead site and we sent him $850 deposit for 5000 pieces. With an additional $850 to follow in two payments. We lost the $850 but started to get wise and didn't send the next payment. We would gladly join any class action suit. He needs to be put in jail for fraud.
