Extortionist photographer, demands additional money, never provides original photos

Ian Rojas was hired to be our wedding photographer. Although he took many nice pictures of us, we were never able to obtain them from him. He mysteriously disappeared and was unable to be contacted for weeks after the event. Then he showed up with just 4x6 proofs from the wedding shoot. He then demanded additional three hundred dollars for actually printing and delivering the photo package agreed to in the contract and paid for in advance. He then refused to provide the original digital images so that we may even print our own photos.

After a formal threat of litigation, Ian Rojas provided a single CD of only some of the images from the event. He intentionally reduced the quality of all images on this disk such that they could never be printed larger than 4x6 inches without looking grainy, interlaced, and plainly horrible quality.

In short, you should never ever hire Ian Rojas Photography for your event or your personal photos. Ian Rojas is unproffessional, a scam artist, and you will never get the pictures of your special event that you would have paid so much for.
