Unable to cancell subscriptions - what is next step

My son signed up for the magazines and when he wanted to cancel them the company is unwilling to do so. My son was an easy target of their advertisement and false advertising. The price over the two years is ridiculous. I person has the right to cancel and their attitude shows they don't care about their reputation. What should we do next?
