I contact Rick to file my husband's and my taxes for a several year span. He took all of our information (W2's, income ect.) and charged us. He only completed half of the years we requested and still has all of our information. It has been 3 months since we heard from him and he refuses to return our phone calls and emails. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting our information from the IRS because he has not returned our information. I would not recommend anyone use this CPA. He is costing us additional penalites and fines with the IRS and does not seem to care.
