Salvatore Fava CPA failed to file my 2011 income taxes or return upon request any information pertaining to all my tax information that was sent to his office in March. Upon numerous calls, texts and visiting his office I still have not heard a word from him. My deadline was today for the IRS and nothing was filed. If I owe any taxes I will be fined by t IRS and have to pay additional penalties and or fees.
