The books keep coming regardless of how many times you call or write to cancel.
The promotion says "no obligation"—but when you try to cancel, you must get 6 full orders before you can cancel. When you call again, they say—"don't pay attention to that—the "machine" generates those letters—"I'll cancel for You".
