Fraudulant and Dishonest billing, they tell you one price then bill you another which of course is more than what they tell you it will be.

There is no phone number on the bill and no statement to what you're paying for.

They send you a ton of books all at one time and they make it hard to send them back.

You have a million different account numbers and when you get your BILLS they do not state on them what you are being billed for.
